How long will it take for me to receive my product?  
We bundle our shipments and ship twice a week. So if your order is in stock and ready to go, you should have it within 10 days. 

For out of stock items, delivery time can take 4 to 6 weeks but we try to keep ourselves stocked up for your convenience.

Do I pay extra for delivery?  
You’ll be charged for each product, but we cap our delivery costs at R750, so it'll never be more than that for orders under 5 items. Your total delivery cost will be added up and shown at checkout. 

Orders under R1000 - R150 each

Orders under R2500 - R250 each

Orders under R5000 - up to R500 each

Orders under R7000 - up to R750 each (But never more than R750)

Orders of 5 to 10 items - up to R2500

I've never paid over the internet, are my paymentdetails safe?
First of all welcome to the future, from now on you can do all your shopping online while binge watching series on Netflix with your new fibre connection. Secondly, we make use of PayGate, a state of the art secure payment gateway that is approved by all our major banks, MasterCard and Visa, so yes, your details are absolutely safe, in fact, they are safer with online shopping than in your wallet. 

How the good prices, what's the catch?
Thanks for noticing. We spend a great deal of time establishing a close working relationship with our manufacturers and freight agents and by doing so we are able to give you a well-designed product at a fraction of the cost you would pay in boutique stores. We basically cut out all the middlemen. More work for us, less cost to you, wink wink. 

In essence, our whole business model is focussed on giving customers a beautiful, quality product at a great price. No shortcuts, no hidden costs, just furniture, just awesome. 

What is flatpack furniture and why?
Flatpack means the product is packed in such a way that it optimises shipping volume to reduce transport cost but it requires some assembly. By shipping our products in flatpack you save on assembly costs and freight space which basically just saves you a lot of money. 

Note: Our unique assembly instructions make our products fun and easy to assemble and involves our clients in a way not yet experienced by South African furniture buyers.  

My product is damaged, what now?

Although we do everything in our power to avoid any possible damages, mistakes do happen and if you received a damaged product we do apologise in advance.

If the actual product is damaged, let us know and we’ll replace the damaged item straight away. We will arrange for the collection of the damaged item when we deliver your replacement.  

If particular parts are damaged, missing or not included, we can quickly send you a replacement. If this is the case, please email us pictures/description at: info@popstrukt.com 

NOTE: We have taken extra measures to keep your product safe inside, regardless of what happens to the exterior. There is a strong chance that your furniture will be undamaged even if the box has some wear and tear.

How difficult are the products to assemble? 
Basically, not very difficult. It just requires basic grade 9 algebra, see Mr. Left was right, you will use that stuff!

I have two left hands, can I ask Popstrukt to pre-assemble my product?
At this stage we only pre-assemble on special requests as it costs a lot more to deliver, please mail us at info@popstrukt.com to submit your request.
